Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
For the dough:

2 cups plain flour (maida)
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 tablespoon cooking oil
-
1 teaspoon dry yeast
-
¾ cup warm water
For the sauce:
-
1 cup tomato paste or crushed tomatoes
-
1 teaspoon oil
-
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
-
A little salt
-
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
-
A pinch of oregano (optional)
For the topping:
-
1 to 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
-
Some fresh basil leaves (if available)
-
Some grated Parmesan (optional)
How to Make It:
1. Make the Dough
-
In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Wait 5 minutes so the yeast gets active.

Add flour, sugar, salt, and oil. Mix everything well.

Knead (press and fold) the dough for 8–10 minutes until soft.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 1 hour. It will rise and become bigger.
2. Make the Sauce

Heat a little oil in a pan.
-
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
-
Add tomato paste, salt, oregano, and chili flakes.

Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off the stove.
3. Make the Pizza
-
Heat your oven to 220°C (or 430°F).
-
Roll out the dough into a round shape.
-
Spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
-
Sprinkle lots of cheese on top.
-
Add basil or anything else you like.
4. Bake the Pizza
-
Place it in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes.

The cheese will melt, and the crust will turn golden.
5. Ready to Eat

Cut the pizza into slices and enjoy hot!
Extra Tips:
-
Don’t have an oven? You can also make this in a pan with a lid on low heat.
-
You can add other toppings like onions, olives, or mushrooms.
